Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from Boo App and what we expect from you. Read them before you start a chat.

1. Agreement. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Boo App covering your use of booapp.net and everything offered through it.
2. Acceptance. Using the site means you accept these terms. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not use Boo App.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Boo App.
4. Nature of the service. Boo App presents fictional characters that produce written and generated replies for entertainment. It is not a dating service and no human partner is provided.
5. Fictional content. Names, biographies, ages, locations and photographs on Boo App are invented or generated. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.
6. No professional advice. Nothing a character says is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that matter.
7. Emergencies. Boo App cannot help in a crisis and cannot contact emergency services. Reach a qualified professional or local emergency number instead.
8. Account creation. Where an account is offered, you agree to supply accurate details and to keep your credentials confidential.
9. Account security. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or promotional rules is not permitted.
11. Acceptable use. Use Boo App lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to harass, defraud, or harm others through the service.
12. Prohibited content. You may not submit material that is illegal, sexualises minors, promotes violence, or infringes anyone's rights. Such attempts end access immediately.
13. No scraping. Automated collection, mass copying, framing or reverse engineering of Boo App content is prohibited without written permission.
14. Service integrity. Do not probe, overload or interfere with our infrastructure, and do not bypass any technical limit or security control.
15. Your content licence. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so the service can function.
16. Our intellectual property. The Boo App name, design, code, text and generated imagery belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
17. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used freely and without compensation, and they do not create any obligation on our part.
18. Third-party services. Some features rely on outside providers. Their availability is beyond our control and their own terms may also apply.
19. Outbound links. Links from Boo App to other destinations are provided for convenience and are not endorsements of their content or practices.
20. Pricing and paid features. Where paid options exist, the price and what it includes are shown before you confirm. Taxes may be added according to your location.
21. Billing and renewals. Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges, not charges already taken.
22. Refunds. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and any rights you hold under local consumer law.
23. Chargebacks. Raising an unjustified chargeback instead of contacting support may result in the account being suspended.
24. Changes to the service. We may add, alter or remove features, characters or sections of Boo App at any time as the product develops.
25. Availability. The service is provided as available. Maintenance, updates and technical faults may interrupt access without notice.
26. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk.
27. Termination by you. You may stop using Boo App at any time and request deletion of your account under our Privacy Policy.
28. Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boo App is provided without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
29. Limitation of liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
30. Indemnity. You agree to cover reasonable claims and costs arising from your misuse of Boo App or breach of these terms.
31. Force majeure. Neither party is responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, disasters and government action.
32. Privacy. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
33. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
34. Dispute resolution. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally before any formal proceedings begin.
35. Severability and assignment. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not transfer this agreement; we may assign it as part of a business transfer.
36. Changes to these terms. We may revise these terms and will update the date shown on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
